Global Nepalese Chefs Forum Western Nepal Chapter has announced its campaign "Western Nepal Food Very Very Good". Initiation of Mr. Bibek Poudel Western Nepal Ambassador of GNCF along with Board member Chef LB Kaushal and Chef Pradeep Dixit has certain reason to celebrate western culture food to enhance a promotion to the world. Millet Polenta is a millet cake stuffed with mixed vegetable. Usually it is accompanied by Green Leafy vegetable and Traditional Tomato chutney grind in home used Slate. Gundruk is one of the famous and very common authentic dish of Nepalese cuisine. With the main theme of "Western Nepal Food Very Very Good" Western Chapter has something to share as their first foot step in regards to promote Western Nepal Food.  Under the revised prediction of culinary career further presenting two basic foods from the ethnic culture of Tharu and Magar. Basically one big festival Maghe falls on Maghi Sangranti which brings some ethnic food from local community are famous and commonly practiced. Out of many dishes from Tharu and Magar Cuisine Dhikri and Batuk are famous. Dhikri is one of the famous Tharu dish made from Rice flour. It is made by steaming rice dough, specially made into elongated shape which can be in different forms as well and eaten with Spicy chutney, Lentil soup or curry. नेपालगन्ज, आज सेप्टेम्बर ८, अर्थात विश्व साक्षरता दिवस र राष्ट्रिय शिक्षा दिवस। सन १९६५ मा युनेस्कोले हरेक बर्ष सेप्टेम्बर ८ लाई बिश्व साक्षरता दिवसको रुपमा मनाउने घोषणा गरेसङै बिश्व साक्षरता दिवस मनाउन थालिएको हो। ५१ औ साक्षरता दिवस र राष्ट्रिय शिक्षा दिवसको अवसरमा शिक्षा क्षेत्र र व्यवहारिक शैक्षिक बिकाशको लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण भुमिका खेलिरहेको पश्चिम् नेपालकै शान गेट भोकेशनल कलेजले आफ्नो विद्यार्थीहरुलाई अनुभवी र ब्यबहारिक शिक्षा प्रणाली अन्तर्गत पाककला शास्त्रको बिशेषता र त्यस्को अर्थपूर्ण पाटोलाई थप उर्जा दिन स्वयं विद्यार्थीबाटै पाक पकवानको कार्यक्रम गरेर साक्षरता दिवस मनाएको छ। आफैले सिकेको कुरा अनुभवी रुपमा पाककलाको प्रदर्शन गर्न पाउनु आफ्नो शैक्षिक यात्राको लागि निकै महत्त्वपूर्ण भुमिका रहेको गेट भोकेशनलमा अध्यनरत छात्र तेजु भण्डारी बताउनुहुन्छ। ब्यबहारिक रुपमा जति तालिम गरियो त्यो भन्दा धेरै कुरा काम गराइ र आफ्नो अग्रज र गुरुहरुले सीप सिकाउने क्रममा अझै बढी र प्रभावकारी हुने उनी बताउछन् । तेजु हाल गेट कलेजमै रहेको कमर्सियल किचेनमा कार्यरत छन् , आफैले सिकेको शिक्षालाई व्य
