Western Nepal Food Very Very Good Part-II (GNCF Western Nepal Chapter)

Global Nepalese Chefs Forum Western Nepal Chapter has announced its campaign "Western Nepal Food Very Very Good". Initiation of Mr. Bibek Poudel Western Nepal Ambassador of GNCF along with Board member Chef LB Kaushal and Chef Pradeep Dixit has certain reason to celebrate western culture food to enhance a promotion to the world.



Millet Polenta is a millet cake stuffed with mixed vegetable. Usually it is accompanied by Green Leafy vegetable and Traditional Tomato chutney grind in home used Slate.


Gundruk is one of the famous and very common authentic dish of Nepalese cuisine. Dried green veg leafs preserved for future purpose has its instinct taste where all Nepalese has its unique palate according to preparation style.



Chef Pradeep Dixit is very experienced chef who brought all his knowledge to set culinary excellence. He is serving to Western Nepal as this best and doing second to none. We wish all the very best entire team to have very good exposure of Western Nepalese food to the world.
