Yoga & Meditation - A unique medicine for Vitamin D and Mental health in FAB School




FAB School always keeps innovation and unique practice in its first priority. Keeping students and faculty engaged with positive energy, Yoga and meditation came up with a very accurate alternative to boost positive energy.  The majority of students at FAB come from a difficult family background which leads to heightened stress levels and can cause distractions to their learning. Some students have also dropped out from school early for a variety of unfortunate reasons. This can lead to gaps in their education and an inability to properly focus. After discovering this we introduced the yoga/meditation session which were generally performed in the morning time. This mandatory class gives them a chance to be in the sun and get some vitamin-D which is proven to be beneficial to mental well-being.




For some of the sessions we have invited professional yoga instructors to take the class. The aim of the class is to improve the students’ performance capabilities. We believe the ability to focus is a valuable life skill that will translate to any career they pursue.


Surprisingly with no doubt in this Global Pandemic of Novel Corona Virus, almost the whole world has been locked down inside their immediate resident. Also some of the research has predicted that 30% of the total population might get affected with some mental health issues due to this lockdown and during the quarantine period. Meditation and Yoga definitely help to reduce such disorder focusing to calm and convincing one to indulge in this eternal peace for transformation. 




Developing a good immune system is the ultimate goal. Without having a good health and peace of mind, no matter what you do, you get very poor results. Focused, dedicated and motivated is the only way to find better success in which Yoga and Meditation help to retain those successes. Keep yourself in good health, health is wealth. We FAB School takes pride to host such events in daily base in school itself to boots immunity and concentration. Yoga and meditation could be one medicine to overocome this global pandemic virus. Stay focused and motivated as well as keep yourself safe and in good health.
